The hotel really had everything right there; several restaurants on site, two swimming pools, gym, etc. The free onsite car parking was nice. I was surprised when I entered my room and it had powerful aircon on. I was almost too cold from it but it was nice sleeping in warm blanket on a comfortable bed. The TV works well, with captioning working. The hotel is not far from the town centre of Ponce, about 1.7 km away. I had a good sleep at Aloft.

I loved the happy faces and the hospitality since the minute I walked in. They made me feel WELCOME. I had ordered a king-size bed with a balcony, and they surprised me with a suite. Beautiful views and facilities, and I loved the pool on the top roof floor. Casino,pool table,breakfast. Overall, it was way better than the resort in Mayaguez. Will definitely come back!!

The room's decoration; very friendly staff; great location, nice infinity pool, Hard Rock Café Restaurant & Shop. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Nice room size, nice shower and bathroom areas; convenient wine /fridge. Very clean room and facilities. Nice reception area and the Staff is very responsive.

I arrived at the hotel alone and the staff made the check in process very smooth, friendly professional Outstanding Staff/service. The hotel and my room was outstanding in cleanliness, customer service. they were very caring to making sure the service was as expected and they went above and beyond.

Very centric, accesible. During the night you really don't have to go out, there's music in the lobby, live music at HR Cafe and on the rooftop bar with ,great view at the top also. 1st floor pool area was pretty, especially during the night.
